VedicTithi is a brand owned and operated by 1438483 BC Ltd., a corporation registered in British Columbia, Canada. We sell handcrafted sacred items including brass murtis, idols, puja kits, devotional frames, and door torans sourced from artisans across India.

2. Eligibility

By using our store, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Our products are sold for personal, household, and devotional use only.

3. Products

  • Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith. We make reasonable efforts to display colours and dimensions accurately, but slight variations may occur due to photography lighting, screen calibration, and the handcrafted nature of our products.
  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
  • Weights and dimensions listed are approximate.
  • Because many items are handcrafted, minor variations in finish, colour, and texture are expected and are not considered defects.

4. Pricing and Currency

  • All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless you are browsing from a market where local currency is shown.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time you complete your order.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product was listed at an incorrect price, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.
  • Applicable taxes (GST/HST for Canada; sales tax for US; GST for India) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Orders and Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
  • We accept payment via Shopify Payments, credit/debit cards, and PayPal.
  • Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. This email is your receipt.
  • We do not store full credit card numbers. All payment processing is handled securely by our payment providers.
